Assalam o Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh!
Namaz e Taraweeh Ka Hukam:
Namaz e Taraweeh nafl namaz hai farz aur wajib nahi hai. Syeda Ayesha Siddiqa R.A farmati hain kay Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne ramzan ki aik raat masjid mein namaz e taraweeh parhi aur logon ne bhi aap kay peechay namaz parhi, phir dusri raat bhi aap ne namaz parhi, to muqtadi bohat zyada ho gaye phir teesri ya chothi raat log jama ho gaye lekin aap namaz ke liye bahir na aye subah ko irshad farmaya:
"Main ne dekha jo tum ne kiya aur main mehaz is dar se bahir nahi aya kay kahin ye namaz tum par farz na kar di jaye" (Sahih Muslim)
Baaz logon ne ye mashoor kar rakha hai kay jis ne taraweeh na parhi uska roza nahin hoga aur jis ne taraweeh parh li us par roza rakhna zaroori ho jata hai agarcha shariyat ne marz, safar, ya nabaligh hone ki wajah se usay chot he di ho nateejan jin logon ne roza nahin rakhna hota wo taraweeh bhi nahin parhte ye dono baatein bilkul ghalat aur jahalat ka nateeja hain.
Namaz e Taraweeh Ki Fazeelat
Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne irshad farmaya:
" Jis ne ramzan mein imaan aur sawab ki niyat se qayyam kiya yani namaz e taraweeh parhi iske sabqa tamam gunah muaf kar diye jate hain"
Namaz e Taraweeh Ki Jamat
Namaz e Taraweeh nafal hai ye tanha aur ba'jamaat dono tarah jaiz hai. Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne 3 din taraweeh ki jamaat karwai phir is khof se chor di k kahin farz na ho jaye, jesa k upar Sayyeda Ayesha R.A. ki riwayat mein mazkoor hai. Syedna Umar R.A. k daur e khilafat k ibtadai daur tak yehi tarika kar raha aik din Syedna Umar R.A. raat ko masjid gaye to dekha k log akele akele aur kahin 2, 4 aadmi mil kar jamaat kara rahe hain to farmane lage: " Agar main inhen aik imam par jama kar dun to acha hoga " phir isi program k tehat unhone sab ko Syedna Abi Bin Ka'aab R.A. ki iqtada mein jama kar diya. Baaz ulma ka kehna hai kay namaz e taraweeh tanha ada karne ki nisbat bajamaat ada karna afzal hai kyon ki Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne jamaat ka ehtamam karwaya aur Aap S.A.W.W ka farman bhi hai:
" Jo shakhs imam kay sath qayam e ramzan karta hai iske liye puri raat ka qayam likh diya jata hai " (Sunan Abu Dawood, Ibn e Habban, Musnad Ahmed)
Baaz ulma ka kehna hai kay namaz e taraweeh ghar mein ada karna afzal hai kyon ki jab Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne 3 raatein namaz e taraweeh parhai aur agli raat na parhai to farmaya:
" Mujhe tum logon ka namaz k liye jama hona maloom hai, lekin aye mere Sahaba! Tum apne gharon mein namaz ada karo kyon ki aadmi ki namaz siwaye farz namaz k ghar mein afzal hai."
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitab Al Azaan, Baab Salatul-Layl)
Lehaza agar izafi kaam yani jamaat aur Samaa e Quran waghera ka intezam sirf masjid mein ho ghar mein koi ahtamam na kar sake to in kaamon ki wajah se masjid mein qayam afzal hoga.
Namaz e Taraweeh Ki Rakat
Rasool Allah S.A.W.W aur Sahaba e Karam Rizwanullah e Alaihim Ajmaeen hamesha 8 rakat namaz e taraweeh parha karte thy in mein se kisi ne bhi namaz e taraweeh 8 rakat se zyada kabhi nahin parhi. Baaz logon ne is masala ko bhi ikhtalafi bana diya hai halanky ye masala Ahadees mein bilkul wazeh hai jis k dalail hasb e zail hain:
Pehli Hadees:
Abu Salma bin Abdul Rehman ne Sayyeda Ayesha R.A. se pucha:
" Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ki ramzan mein namaz kesy hoti thi? " to unhone farmaya:
" Aap S.A.W.W ramzan aur iske alawa dino mein taraweeh aur witron samait 11 rakat se zyada kabhi nahin parhte thy.
(Sahih Bukhari, Kitab Salat-tu-Taraweeh)
Ye Hadees bilkul wazeh hai 20 rakat taraweeh kay kayleen k liye iska inkar mushkil tha lehaza unhone aik ashkal peda kar diya kay is hadees mein ramzan aur ghair ramzan mein brabar parhi jane wali namaz ka zikar hai aur wo Tahajjud hai lehaza is rakat mein Namaz e Tahajjud ki rakat batlayi gayi hain, taraweeh ki nahin is ka jawab isi hadees mein maujood hai pehli baat to ye hai k Abu Salma R.A. ne ramzan mein parhi jane wali namaz k mutaliq sawal pucha tha aur wo taraweeh ki namaz hai aur Syedna Ayesha R.A. ne bhi jawab isi k mutaliq diya lekin saath ilm k liye aik izafi baat bata di kay ramzan k ilawa bhi Aap S.A.W.W ka yehi mamool tha.
Dusri baat ye kay Quran mein raat ki namaz k mukhtalif sifati naam liye gaye hain maslan tahajjud, salatul layl, qiyam ul layl aur ramzan mein padhne ki wajah se qayam e ramzan waghera isi tarah taraweeh namaz tahajjud he ka aik naam hai ye naam baad mein para Quran o Hadees mein kahin mazkoor nahin. Chunky Rasool Allah S.A.W.W aur Sahaba Karam R.A. aam dino ki nisbat ramzan mein iske kasrat e sawab ki wajah se Qiyam ul Lail ka zyada ehtamam karte thy is say baaz logon ko ghalat fehmi hui aur unhone taraweeh ko aik alag aur mustaqil namaz samajh liya jab kay sahih bat ye hai k taraweeh aur tahajjud aik he namaz hai kay 2 naam hain iske dalail mandarja zail hain:
1. Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya: " Aik kapray mein liptnay wale! raat ko qayyam kijiye magar thora, raat ka nisf hissa, ya is se kuch kam ya is se kuch zyada kijiye. (Surah Al Muzzammil Ayat No.1 ta 3)
In ayaat mein Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ko Qiyam ul Layl ka hukam diya gaya, is mein saal ki tamam raatein shamil hain khawa ramzan ho ya ghair ramzan aur ye bhi sabit hai kay Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ramzan aur ghair ramzan mein aik he namaz yani ramzan ki raaton mein Aap S.A.W.W taraweeh k ilawa koi namaz nahin parhte thy. Deobandi aalim Anwar Shah Kashmiri likhte hain:
" Jin raaton mein Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne namaz e taraweeh parhai in raaton mein Tahajjud ki namaz nahin parhi." (Faiz ul Bari)
Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne Namaz e Taraweeh ko Salat ul Layl aur Qiyam ul Layl ka naam diya hai. Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne ramzan mein 3 din Namaz e Taraweeh ki jamat karwai lekin phir chothi raat bahir na nikle phir wajah batate hue farmaya:
" Mujhe dar peda hua kay kahin salatul layl tum par farz na kar di jaye "
aur Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne Syedna Abdullah bin Umro R.A. se farmaya:
" Aye Abdullah! Falan aadmi ki tarah na hona kay jo qiyam ul layl karta tha, phir chor diya."
2. Syedna Abu Zar R.A. farmate hain: " Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne hamain ramzan ki 23vi ko tahai raat tak qayyam karaya aur 25vi ko aadhi raat tak aur 27vi ko us waqt tak taraweeh parhai kay sehri faut hone ka dar peda ho gaya. (Abu Dawood, Kitab al Salat, Tirmizi, Nisai, Ibn e Maja)
Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne aik namaz ko Isha k baad se subah sehri tak parhaya lehaza sabit hua kay baad se aakhir tak aik he namaz hai.
3. Syedna Umar R.A. ne logon ko awwal raat Taraweeh parhte dekha to farmaya:
" Raat ka wo hissa jis mein log so jate hain yani raat ka akhri hissa wo behtar hai raat k us hissay se jis mein qayyam karte hain yani raat ka ibtadai hissa." (Sahih Bukhari, Kitab Salat-tu-Taraweeh)
Deobandi aalim Anwar Shah Kashmiri likhte hain:
" Aam taur par Hanafi ulma ye kehte hain kay taraweeh aur Salatul Layl (Tahajjud) 2 mukhtalif kisam ki namazain hain lekin mere nazdeek mukhtar ye hai kay ye dono namazain aik hain siffat k ikhtilaf ko noi ikhtilaf ki daleel banana mere nazdeek durust nahin.
Haqeeqat mein ye dono namazain aik he hain awwal shab mein parhne ki wajah se iska naam Taraweeh hua aur akhri shab mein ada karne ki wajah se iska naam tahajjudd hua aur jab in dono k ausaf mein kuch ikhtilaf bhi hai to is lehaz se agar iske 2 naam hoon to kya tajub hai? Haan! in dono namazon ka matghair alanu hona us waqt sabit hoga jab ye sabit ho jaye kay Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne Taraweeh k sath sath namaz e Tahajjud bhi ada farmai (jab kay ye kahin sabit nahin). (Faiz ul Baari)

4. Deobandi aalim Rasheed Ahmed Gangohi likhte hain:
"Ahl e ilm par ye baat posheda nahi hai kay qayam ramzan (Taraweeh) aur Qiyam ul Layl (Tahajjud) filwaqiya dono aik he namazain hain jo kay ramzan mein musalmano ki asani k liye awwal shab mein muqarar kar di gayi hain. Magar ab bhi azeemiyat isi mein hai kay akhir shab mein ada ki jaye. " (Lataif Qasmiya)
5. Imam Abu Hanifa R.A. k shagird Imam Muhammad R.A. ne mazkura Hadees Ammi Ayesha R.A. ko "Mauta Imam Muhammad" mein "Baab Qayyam Shaher Ramzan" k tehat zikar kiya hai.
6. Deobandi aalim ibn e Hammam Hanfi R.A. Fatah ul Qadeer Sharah Hidaya (2501) mein likhte hain:
" 20 rakat wali riwayat is sahih hadees k khilaf hai jis meni hai kay Abu Salma ne Syeda Ayesha R.A. se sawal kiya."
Lehaza sabit hua kay hadees Ammi Ayesha R.A. mein mazkura namaz se murad namaz e taraweeh he hai aur Ulama e Ahnaf bhi isay tasleem karte hain aur is mein bayan karda rakat namaz e taraweeh he ki hain.
Dusri Hadees
Sab ka is baat par ittefaq hai kay Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne puri zindagi mein 3 raatein taraweeh ki jamat karwai, in 3 raaton ka waqiya bayan karte hue Sayyidina Jabir bin Abdullah R.A. farmate hain: " Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne hamain mah e ramzan mein 8 rakat aur witr parhaye " (Ibn e Habban, Ibn e Khuzaima, Musnad Abi Ya'la, Almajam Al Sagheer al Tabrani)
Iss hadees ko Imam ibn e Khuzaima aur Ibn e Habban ne apni apni "Sahih" mein bayan kiya hai jo inke nazdeek sahih hone ki alamat hai aur ibn e Hajar is ne is hadees ko "Fatah ul Baari" mein bayan karke sakoot farmaya aur ahnaf ka ye usool hai kay ibn e Hajar ka sakoot farmana is hadees k hassan hone ki alamat hai. (Dekhiye Ala Al Sunan Ka Muqaddama)
Inke alawa imam Al Zahbi ne iski sanad ko behtareen, jabkay Ilauzma aur Albani ne isay hassan kaha hai. Hanafi ulama mein se Allama Aini Hanfi ne "Umdatul Qari" mein allama zeli hanfi ne "Nasb Al Raiya" mein Mulla Qari Hanfi ne "Marqata" mein Allama ibn e Hammam Hanfi ne "Fatah Al Qadeer" mein aur Allama Abdul Hayi Hanafi Lakhnavi ne "Taleeq Al Mamjad" mein bayan kiya aur isay qabil e amal qarar diya hai.
Teesri Hadees
Sayyidina Jabir Bin Abdullah R.A. he farmate hain: " Syedna Abi bin Kaab R.A. Rasool Allah S.A.W.W k pass tashreef laye aur arz ki: " Allah k rasool! Aaj raat (yani ramzan ki raat) mujh se aik kaam sirzad ho gaya hai." Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne farmaya: Abi! konsa kaam? arz karne lage: "Mere ghar ki khawateen ne kaha k hum Quran nahin parhi saktin, lehaza hum aap k sath taraweeh parhengi, to main ne unhen 8 rakat (taraweeh) aur witr parhaye."
Syedna Jabir R.A. kehte hain " Goya Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne isay pasand kiya aur kuch nahin."

Chothi Hadees
Syedna Saib bin Yazid R.A. farmate hain:
" Umar bin Khattab R.A. ne Abi bin Kaab aur Tameem Daari R.A. ko hukam diya k wo logon ko 11 rakat taraweeh parhaya karen. (Mauta Imam Malik, Al Sunan Al Kubra Behqi, Musannaf Ibn e Abi Sheba, Sharah Maani Al Asar Al Saahvi)
Ye hadees is qadar sahih hai kay mere ilm k mutabiq is hadees par kisi ne kalam nahin kiya in ahadees mubarika se ye bat roz e roshan ki tarah wazeh ho gayi k Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne jo namaz e taraweeh parhi hai uski tadad sirf aur sirf qul 11 rakat hai is say zyada hargiz nahi.
20 Rakat Namaz e Taraweeh Kay Dalail Aur Inki Hesiyat
8 rakat taraweeh k dalail k bad hum 20 rakat taraweeh k kayleen k dalail pesh karte hain aur inki asnadi hesiyat pesh karte hain takay qaraeen karam ko fesla karne mein asani rahe.
20 rakat taraweeh k kayleen k dalail 3 tarah k hain yani Hadees e Nabvi S.A.W.W, Sahaba wa Taba Tabieen k asaar aur ijma e ummat aur ye mandarja zail hain:
1. Hadees e Nabvi S.A.W.W
Syedna ibn e Abbas R.A. farmate hain: " Beshak Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ramzan mein 20 rakat taraweeh parha karte thy."
is marfau hadees ki sanad par agar mufassil behas ho aur is par muhaddiseen karam k aqwal ko pesh kiya jaye to baat taweel ho jayegi lehaza main is baray mein sirf Hanafi muhaqaqeen k aqwal pesh karta hun:
Allama Zelayi Hanafi likhte hain: " Ye riwayat Imam Abu Bakar Bin Abi Shayba k dada Abu Shayba Ibraheem Bin Usman ki wajah se malool yani illat wali hai, kyon ki iske zaeef hone par tamam muhaddiseen ka ittefaq hai aur Ibn e Addi ne " Al Kamil " mein isay leen yani kamzor qarar diya hai. Phir ye riwayat is sahih hadees k bhi khilaf hai jis mein hai kay Abu Salma ne Ayesha R.A. se sawal kiya aur isay hum ne 8 rakat ki pehli daleel k tor par pesh kiya hai. [Nasab Al Raaya Sharh Al Hidayah]
2. Ibn e Al Hammam Hanafi ne " Fatah Al Qadeer Sharah Al Hadayah " mein ye riwayat naqal karne k baad likha hai: " Ye riwayat Abu Shayba ki wajah se zaeef hai, tamam muhaddiseen iske zaeef hone par mutafiq hain aur phir ye aik sahih hadees (Hadees e Ayesha R.A) ki mukhalif bhi hai."
3. Allama Aini Hanafi ne " Umda-tul-Al-Qari " mein likha hai:
" Imam Ibn e Abi Shayba k dada qazi Wasit Abu Shyba ki Imam Shoaba ne takzeeb ki hai aur Imam Ahmad, Ibn e Moieen, Bukhari aur Nisai ne isay zaeef qarar diya hai aur Imam Ibn e Addi ne iski bayan karda is riwayat ko is kay mana keer mein se qarar diya hai. "
4. Sheikh Abdul Haq Muhaddis Dehlvi farmate hain:
" Jo 20 taraweeh mashoor o maroof hain Rasool Allah S.A.W.W se sabit nahin aur jo Ibn e Abi Shayba mein 20 rakat wali riwayat hai wo zaeef hai aur ye Sayyeda Ayesha R.A ki sahih hadees k bhi mukhalif hai. "
Inke ilawa mazkura riwayat ko Allama Abdul Hayyi Lakhnvi, Anwar Shah Kashmiri, aur Muhammad Zakariyya Kandahlawi jesy Ulma e Ahnaf ne bhi zaeef qarar diya hai. Ulma e Ahnaf k mandarja bala bayanat se wazeh ho gaya kay mazkura riwayat sakht zaeef aur istadlal kay laiq nahi hai. Iske ilawa Sunan Abi Dawood ki aik riwayat pesh ki jati hai:
Syedna Umar Bin Khattab R.A ne logon ko Syedna Abi Bin Kaab R.A ki imamat par jama kiya aur wo logon ko 20 raatein taraweeh parhate thy aur dua e qunoot sirf nisf akheer mein karte thy aur jab akhri ashra shuru hota to Syedna Abi Bin Kaab R.A imamat chor kar ghar mein namaz parhte aur log kehte k (Nauzubillah) Abi R.A bhag gaye hain.
Is riwayat mein mehal istshahadiya ye hai k baaz nuskhon mein " Eshriena Lailatan" ki jagah "Eshriena Rakatan" hai. Jesy jama "Al Masaneed wal Sunan" aur "Seer Aalaam Al Nabla" mein " Eshriena Rakatan " hai. Lekin ye riwayat qabil e amal nahi hai. Is mein inqita hai kyon ki Hassan Bin Abi Al Hassan Al Basri ne Sayyedna Umar R.A ka zamana he nahi paya.
5. Sahaba wa Taba Tabieen Kay Asaar
Maulana Muhammad Muneer Qamar H.A ne apni kitab " Namaz e Taraweeh " mein 20 rakat taraweeh walon k dalail k taur par Sahaba o Tabieen k 10 asaar tehreer kiye hain aur har aik ki asnadi hesiyat bhi wazeh ki hai aur akhir par sab ki majmui hesiyat bayan farmate hue raqamtaraz hain: " Infradi hesiyat se to 20 taraweeh se mutaliqa asaar ki halat zikar ki ja chuki hai kay wo zaeef aur na qabil e hujjat o istadlal hain jabky baaz dafa aisa bhi hota hai kay koi hadees ya asar aik sanad se to
zaeef ho lekin iski baaz degar ansad ya tareeq aise bhi hoon jin se iski sanad mein paya jane wala
zoaf zayel ho sakta ho, ya zoaf ka sabab khatam ho sakta ho to phir in ahadees ya asaar ki majmui hesiyat baham mil kar taqwiyat ikhtiar kar jati hai, lekin 20 taraweeh se mutaliq asaar baham taqwiyat ki afadiyat se bhi aari hain. Chanacha Allama Nasir ud Din Albani R.A jo daur e hazir mein bilshuba fun e hadees k saff e awwal k mahir hain, wo apni kitab " Salat-tu-Taraweeh" mein zyr e unwan: Hazihi Alriwayatu La Yoqawwi Bazuha Baazan" likhte hain: " Syedna Umar e Farooq R.A se ya inke ehd e khilafat se mutaliqa sabiqa riwayaat apni kasrat k bawajood aik dusre se mil kar bhi taqwiyat ikhtiyar nahin kartin, phir agay tafseel se wajohat bayan ki hain. zaeef ho lekin iski baaz degar ansad ya tareeq aise bhi hoon jin se iski sanad mein paya jane wala

Ijma e Ummat
Baaz ulma k hawale se ye bhi kaha jata hai kay 20 rakat par ijma e ummat ho chuka hai. Sahih hadees k muqable mein ijma ho he nahin sakta. Ijma ka asool he ye hai jahan Kitab o Sunnat se koi daleel na mile wahan ijma kiya jata hai jabky taraweeh ki tadad k mutaliq sahih ahadees majood hain jo pehle zikar ki ja chuki hain.
Hafiz Ibn e Hajar, Allama Aini, Imam Shawkani aur Allama Abdul Rahman Mubarakpuri R.A ne apni apni kitabon mein Ehd e Khilafat e Rashida k bad wale mukhtalif logon se 15 mukhtalif adad par amal karna sabit kiya hai. Agar ulma e ummat ka mukhtalif 15 adaad par amal hota raha to ijma kahan aur kab hua?
Rakat e Taraweeh Ki Tadad Ulama e Ahnaf Ki Nazar Mein:
1. Allama Aini Hanafi R.A farmate hain: Agar aap sawal karen k Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne jo namaz e taraweeh 3 raaton mein parhai thi is mein tadad ka zikar nahi to main iske jawab mein kahunga kay Ibn e Khuzaima aur Ibn e Habban ne Jabir R.A se riwayat ki hai kay Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne hamain ramzan mein witr k ilawa 8 taraweeh parhai thin. [Umdat-Al Qari]
2. Imam Abu Hanifa R.A k shagird Imam Muhammad R.A ne mazkura hadees e Ayesha R.A ko Mauta Imam Muhammad mein " Baab Qayyam Shahr e Ramzan " k tehat zikar kiya hai aur iske akhir par farmaya: Hamara in tamam ahadees par amal hai. " is par mastazad ye k 20 rakat ka zikar tak nahin kiya aur Maulana Abdul Hayyi Hanafi Lakhnavi ne " Taleeq Almamjad Sharah Mauta Imam Muhammad " mein is hadees k baray mein farmaya: " Ye hadees bohat sahih hai ".
2. Imam Abu Hanifa R.A k shagird Imam Muhammad R.A ne mazkura hadees e Ayesha R.A ko Mauta Imam Muhammad mein " Baab Qayyam Shahr e Ramzan " k tehat zikar kiya hai aur iske akhir par farmaya: Hamara in tamam ahadees par amal hai. " is par mastazad ye k 20 rakat ka zikar tak nahin kiya aur Maulana Abdul Hayyi Hanafi Lakhnavi ne " Taleeq Almamjad Sharah Mauta Imam Muhammad " mein is hadees k baray mein farmaya: " Ye hadees bohat sahih hai ".
3. Imam Ibn e Hammam Hanafi farmate hain: In tamam dalail ka khulasa ye hai kay ramzan ka qayam taraweeh sunnat hai, jo witr samait 11 hai rakat bajamat Rasool Allah S.A.W.W k amal se sabit hai." [Fath Al Qadeer Sharah Al Hadayah]
4. Allama Mulla Ali Qari Hanafi likhte hain: " Darasal taraweeh jo Rasool Allah S.A.W.W ne parhi, wo (witron samait) 11 rakat he sabit hai." [Mirqat Sharh Mishkat]
5. Allama Abdul Hayyi Hanafi Lakhnavi ne apni 3 kitabon mein Sayyidina Jabir R.A ki hadees k hawale se 8 rakat taraweeh he ko sunnat qarar diya hai. [Al Taleeq Al Mamjad Ali Mauta Imam Muhammad, Umdatul-Raayat Ali Sharh Al Waqiah, Tohfa Al Akhbar, Hashiya Hadayah]
6. Muhammad Zakariya Kandhlawi (Fazail e Amaal Kay Musanif) ne likha hai:
Muhaddisin k asool k mutabiq 20 rakat taraweeh tadad Nabi S.A.W.W se sabit nahi. [Awjaz Al Masalik Sharah Mauta Imam Malik]
7. Allama Anwar Shah Kashmiri apni 3 kitabon mein 8 rakat taraweeh ko sunnat qarar dete hain balke 20 rakaat wali riwayat ka radd karte hue likhte hain: " Ye baat tasleem kiye bagair koi chaarah he nahin k Nabi Akram S.A.W.W ne 8 rakat taraweeh parhi hai. [Al Urf Al Shazi, Faiz ul Bari, Kashaf Al Sattar]
8. Baani Darul Uloom Deoband Muhammad Qasim Nanotvi ne likha hai: " Jesa kay aaj kal 20 rakat taraweeh ko sunnat bataya ja raha hai, ye Rasool Allah S.A.W.W se sabit nahi hai, Rasool Allah S.A.W.W k zamana mubarak mein inke hukam kay bamojab Sayyeda Ayesha R.A ki hadees par amal raha, jesa kay Bukhari Shareef mein majood hai aur Sayyeda Ayesha R.A Rasool Allah S.A.W.W k haal se khoob waqif thin. 9. Allama Najam ud Din ne likha hai: " Hamare mashaikh k asool k mutabiq 8 rakat taraweeh sunnat hai, kyon ki Nabi Akram S.A.W.W se witr samait 11 rakat taraweeh he sabit hai." [Bahr Al Raiq]
10,11,12. Allama Tahtawi " Hashiya Dar Al Mukhtar mein likhte hain, Abu Al Saud " Sharah Kanz Ud Daqaiq" mein aur Maulana Muhammad Hassan Nanotvi hashiya Kanzul Daqaiq mein likhte hain: " Nabi Akram S.A.W.W ne 20 taraweeh nahin parhen, balke 8 rakat parhi hain."
13. Sheikh Abdul Haq Dehlvi ne 3 kitabon mein likha hai: Sahih yehi hai kay Nabi S.A.W.W ne 11 rakat taraweeh parhi hain, jesa kay qiyam ul lail mein unki aadat e mubarika thi. [Mabat Bil Sunnah, Madarij Al Nubuwwah, Nafhat Rasheeda Bahawala Mask Al Khataam]
14. Ahmad Ali Saharanpuri ne likha: Sahih Hadees ki ru se witr samait namaz taraweeh ki sirf 11 rakat he sabit hain." [ Ainul Hidayah, Hashiya Bukhari Shareef]
15. Shah Waliullah Muhaddis Dehlvi R.A likhte hain: " Rasool Allah S.A.W.W k amal se taraweeh ki 11 rakat aik sabit shuda haqeeqat hai. "[Musfi Sharah Mauta Ma Maswa]
Lehaza ye sabit ho gaya kay Namaz e Taraweeh aur Namaz e Tahajjud aik he namaz hai aur Namaz e Taraweeh ki qul 8 rakatain sunnat e Rasool S.A.W.W se sabit hain. Hamari ye post pasanad aane par isay dusron tak pohnchaye deen e islam ko phelaye aur apne liye sadqa e jariya banaye. JazakAllah Khairan Kaseera Fi Dunya Wa Akhira

Ahnaf ke ghair muftabiha aqwal pesh karne se kuch haasil nahi hoga aur Ghair muqalideen ke nazdeek jab sahaba ka qoal hujjat nahi toe ahnaf ka kab se hone laga. Aaj tak ummat ki aksiyat Haramain shareefain ko lekar 20 rakat taraweeh par amal ho raha hai
